Halab was founded in the year 2016 by our founder who's ancestors hail from Persia. The underpinning of our incredible Baklava, chocolates and Pismaniye (Pashmak) flows from our Persian heritage. The name Halab pays homage to the place where the making of Baklava dates back to.
